Hi, I have done some modifications to the php source code and i tested it with php bench and I observed some improvement.
I wanted to upstream these code changes to PHP community. I searched the wed but i didnt find proper guide to upstream the code to php. Please help me by providing the information how to upstream my code changes to php source code community. Thanks, Shahina Rabbani
