[PHP] Getting mail() to work in PHP for Windows

I couldn't find anything in the docs about this...
What do you need to have installed to be able to
use the mail() function (and have mail get sent
out) in PHP for Windows?
If you could point me to the proper place in the
documentation so I can read up on it, I'd be ever
so grateful!
