As far as I know, you've defined $errorMsg previously 
as an variable, not as an array. If you'll not use 
anymore the previously defined $errorMsg just unset the 
variable using "unset($errorMsg)" before the 
attribution.

I hope this solves your problem, it solved a lot of 
similar errors to me!
