I've updated the linux kernel and just noticed that phpinfo (obviously) still only knows about the system info under the previous kernel. In order to bring the information up to date, do I have to recompile from scratch, or is there an easier way? I seem to remember reading that if I don't want to change any configuration options that I can short step the ./configure command. Can anyone shed some light on this?
