Make it global or pass it as an argument:
function CurrentLang(){
global $HTTP_SESSION_VARS;
$language = $HTTP_SESSION_VARS["LangID"];
echo($language);
}
Or:
function CurrentLang($HTTP_SESSION_VARS){
$language = $HTTP_SESSION_VARS["LangID"];
echo($language);
}
