[PHP] Error Code for fsockopen()??? What it mean?

Hi!

    I use this script and I recieve an error code, what does this mean in
english?  I can understand the "0" or the "1", but "2"????

  fsockopen (HOSTNAME, &$errno, &$errstr) or die("$errno: $errstr");
