On the corp website we are wanting to make the zip files that clients download zip.exe self extract files. Our html <a Href="filename.exe">click here</a> links no longer work. Now we get server error messages rather than the dialog box when the link is clicked. I think the file is trying to decompress when clicked to download. Is there a common procedure to get around this?
