Yes, php.ini is there.
You see, there is no mssql section when phpinfo(), but mssql works!
As i understood php works with mssql when sybase installed, but sybase has
no parameters need to change:
Sybase Support enabled
Allow Persistent Links Yes
Persistent Links 0/unlimited
Total Links 0/unlimited
Application Name PHP 4.0
Client API Version
