no, if there\'s output first, then it\'s not using header(\"Location: whatever.php\"),
because headers MUST be sent before any other output to the browser.
there are other ways to redirect a user to another page:
<meta HTTP-EQUIV=\"REFRESH\" content=\"0; url=http://www.yourdomain.com/index.html\">
