Jason - Using the recommended HTML, everything works *except* the file does not become part of the data sent back to the server. In fact, the VALUE from the INPUT element is not received (e.g. $filename== $HTTP_POST_VARS[filename];). I am using RH Linux 7.2 with Apache. Is there a parameter in the Apache that needs to be set for file uploads?
