Hi How do I go about downloading the PEAR libraries and making use of them? I'm new to PHP and am looking for some high-quality libraries to make use of to help me write applications. I looked at PHPLib but I was put off because it uses PHP3. And would you recommend using PEAR or perhaps any other libraries?
