Sorry for the off topic post.

I know that you can setup a .htaccess file that will provide basic security access to
a directory.

Is it possible to create a .htaccess file that will provide username and password
security for a specific file in a directory, without effecting the other files?

Here's an example of an .htaccess file to protect a particular directory:

# Access file
order allow,deny
allow from all
require valid-user
Authname secure
AuthPAM_Enabled off
Authtype Basic
AuthUserFile /home/sites/site6/web/manage/.htpasswd

What would you have to change to make it protect a single file if possible?

Thanks in advance,
