Error reading RSS data.
I know I can resolve b/c from the local machine I can:
$nslookup
> www.nancies.org
Server: ns1.netaxs.com
Address: 207.106.1.2

Aliases: www.nancies.org
Does PHP look on a different port than 53 for host name lookups?
