I know this is cross-posting, but I have no luck with finding a solution to this problem on PHP-WIN, and I have since tried running my code on a Linux server and have had the same problems... so here goes!
-- Original Post -- Sorry if this has been posted a hundred times already - but I am trying to use TrueType fonts with GD. I can create images fine, and have managed to gather from previous postings that there was an error with post-4.0.5 versions of php_gd.dll that cause Freetype to fail, but the install of PHP I have installs php_gd2.dll and any attempts to use php_gd.dll fail when I restart the server.
