What part is not working?
Set your browser Cookie settings to "Ask every time" for starters. Are you
getting the cookies from:
<?php
session_start();
Then, are you remembering to:
session_register('counter');
and what do you see when you have:
echo "You have been here ", $counter++. " times.";
?>
