I've come up with this before and solved it like this (guess it'll
work):
if($row['plevel'] == '0'){
echo 'No';
} else if($row['plevel'] != '0'){
echo 'Yes';
}
Notice the *ELSE IF* instead of a simple else statement. Try it.
