you just name the form elements as array elements, e.g. with explicit keys
        name='array[0]'   name='array[1]'   etc.
or allowing php to assign the keys
        name='array[]'   name='array[]'   etc.

then the array is an element of $HTTP_POST_VARS[] when the form is posted
