[PHP] regular expression question

I've got a regexp:

(EV[0-9]{2})!([0-9]{4}-[0-9]{2}-[0-9]{2})!(GR[0-9]{2}).txt


My question is, will it match this:


EV01!2002-11-09!VR01!GR01.txt



And anything formatted like this: (EV02, and so forth).
