If you're talking about people that are on the same network as you, on
the same side of the firewall as you, then just load up a web server.
You can use Apache or IIS or whatever. Once it's running on your
computer and configured to serve PHP pages, they can simply do like you
said, and type in http://yourcomputername/ to get to your pages.
