Hey, I've been using Apache 2.0.43, PHP, MySQL on Linux machine. Ive been using for a production site that gets good traffic but nothing real major. Has multi threading so the speed is really nice. Apache 2 and PHP are still experimental at the time. However, I havn't ran into any difficulties with it yet. I think the new Apache 2 is a little easier to config too. Hope some of this helps.
