I'm pretty sure everyone else is as confused by your description as I am. (Hence, I didn't answer.) It looks like you're trying to generate JavaScript w/ PHP, but your subject mentions JSP. In a nutshell, I don't know if what you're doing is over my head, or just not explained clearly.
I can man an uncomfortable assumption, though: You mean to generate JavaScript and JSP has nothing to do with this problem. Try quoting your JavaScript variable values ... Change: var action = <? echo $_GET['action']; ?>; To: var action = "<? echo $_GET['action']; ?>"; ... likewise with the rest of your JavaScript variables. g.luck, ~Chris On Thu, 12 Dec 2002, Jeff Bluemel wrote: > somebody has to have an answer to this... > > > "Jeff Bluemel" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote in message > [EMAIL PROTECTED]">news:[EMAIL PROTECTED]... > > I cannot figure out where my problem is with the following script.
