At the last count (Apache 1.3.27/PHP4.2.3), aspell doesn't get compiled into
PHP. It just sits in /usr/bin on RH Linux, at least..

The bad news is, that your code will have to be written for it. The good news
is, that you can cheese the code off Horde's Imp.
