Is it possible to define a different php.ini for each user which use the
same server, either Unix and Windows. Let me give you example what I
mean:
User 1 (professional PHP-user)
Allow him big uploads, long execution time etc.
Virtual directory www.user1.com
User 2 (amateur PHP-user)
Allow smal uploads, short execution time etc.
Virtual directory www.user2.com
