Using MS Win98 / php 4:
Any ideas on how I can change my permssion settings on a file called
data.txt so it can be read to and written to or do I have to take that up
with my ISP.
I get the following after I submit a form:

Warning: fopen("data.txt", "a+") - Permission denied in
d:\inetpub\www.blahblah.org\formtest.php on line 80
Your submission was not processed.
........................
