Hi Mark, IE, as far as I know, doesn't have any built-in pop-up killer. Pop-up killers generally only block pop-ups that either weren't requested by the visitor -- that is, no link was clicked -- or that reside on a different server than the page opening the pop-up. I imagine your help system should be fine unless your visitors have JavaScript disabled (pop-ups won't work without JavaScript) or there's an error in you JavaScript that's preventing the pop-up from working on one browser or another.
