Sure. But not with PHP. PHP is working "behind the scenes", at the webserver. Not at the client. What you can do is write a program (intended for the client operating system). Associate this plugin with a specific mimetype so the browser will execute it when this mimetype (or extension) is received from the server, then let this program respond to the server with serial data. -- >O Ernest E.
