Has anyone, or does anyone know of anyone, who has gotten gettext onto
OS X (I'm running Jaguar now), and successfully compiled PHP using
--with-gettext?
I've found a few attempts at making GNU gettext packages for OS X, and
I've tried compiling it from source, but PHP always balks during
compile time. I've tried specifying probable alternate directories and
everything, but it seems unable to find the bindtextdomain function, or
at least the library that contains it.
Barring success on OS X, can anyone tell me _where_ all the files are
located on an OpenBSD system, if successfully installed there? Since OS
X is based on OpenBSD, success there may be portable...
Cheers,
spud.
