Hi Wil, I'm running Debian too, but haven't got the problems you encountered. I just marked ~90% of the languages in the ncurses interface when installing the locales with apt-get. Do you have UTF-8 as your standard charset on this box? Regards, -- Michael - < mike(@)php.net >
