I'd suggest opening a bug report (if there isn't one already) on
http://bugs.php.net. It appears that the sys includes on RH7 have
changed the names of the ifdef directives and the php/mysql
configuration script hasn't been updated. You can probably get around
the problem for now by adding a CFLAGS="-DHAVE_INT_8_16_32" declaration
in your shell environment. However, I haven't tried it.
