Hi, Does anyone know why fsockopen times out with PHP 4.0.4pl1 on Win NT 4 SP6 with Apache 1.3.19??? I've done all the dlls thing, even msvcrt.dll - and it still not work :( Can anyone shed any light on this pleeeeeease?
