I would like to install php on my RedHat Linux 7.0 machine.I have
Oracle 8.1.6 installed on the machine.I've also installed
Apache-1.3.14.Now I need to install php on my machine which would enable
me to connect to my oracle database.I've heard that there would be
problems, if php-4.04 is installed with Apache-1.3.14.So I'm trying to
search for php-4.0.3 but I'm not able to find it.
Which combination would be better? And if php-4.0.3 is better
suited for this combination than php-4.0.4 , where can I get it from?
Could somebody also send me the detailed procedure, to provide
support for oracle connectivity while installing php?

Can somone please help me. I've tried to install the php405-installer on
windows 2000 and I can't get it to recognize .php
Could someone please post detailed step by step intructions on how to
install and configure php on windows 2000.
Any help would be greatly appreciated : )
