Might have been busy..
I might not be one of the "people that know stuff" but I think quite a few
of the questions are in the archive..
As for the W2K and other Windows related questions I don't have a clue. I
use windooz for certain tasks but wouldn't dream to run a webserver on it..
Looks like a nightmare to me.. But thats just silly me.
If you try to install on Linux.. just stop by www.devshed.com click on
serverside and look for something that sounds like "The smoothest setup of
MySQL PHP and Apache".. that will provide you with a step by step manual to
install these fine packages from source.
Furthermore.. don't forget to check the manual and FAQ on php.net .. has
quite a few useful hints..
