Hi, I too am having the same problem. I am running PHP v4.2.1 as a module over Apache 2.0.39 over Windows XP. PHP v4.2.1 as a module over Apache 1.3.26 on the same box runs fine. The error message that appears in Event Viewer when Apache 2.0.39 tries to load is "c:\php4build\snap\sapi\apache2filter\sapi_apache2.c" is not compatible with this version of Apache.
I'm almost postive someone will need to compile and post new Windows Binaries.
