When I try to access a test file "phpinfo.php" at http://localhost/phpinfo.php"; I receive a Forbidden response, that reads "You don't have permission to access /php/php.exe/phpinfo.php on this server." If anyone would be kind enough to help me over this beginner's obstacle it would be much appreciated.
