My OS is Window 98, I'm trying to get php run on
Apache 2.0 but I got the following message:

One of the library files nee
ded to run this application cannot be found.
I already put the php4ts.dll:
1) in the directory where apache.exe is start from
2) in the directory where php4apache.dll is loaded
from
3) in %SYSTEMROOT%\system and
%SYSTEMROOT% directory.
The only place that I didn't put the php4ts.dll is the
%PATH%. What does %PATH% mean? Where should I put
the php4ts.dll?
How to fix this problem?
