[PHP-INSTALL] ldaps:// openssl php434 apache1329 and Netscapes LDAP SDK

Hi out there,

my only question:
for ldap_connect("ldaps://mydir/") is OpenLDAP an requirement ? a must have
? or should it work with Netscapes LDAP SDK too ?
