I am trying to install PHP5 Beta 4 on a Windows 2000 Server with IIS but the install fails (the web page hangs when trying to open a page) I am using the zipped binaries and manually placing them in the same positions as I have successfully done for PHP 4.X.X many times. I noticed that the directory structure in the Zipped file has changed, ie there is no dll folder, 'extensions' is now 'ext' etc. If I change back to 4.3.4 it all works fine.
Has something changed in the install requirements / process? PS I have retained my current php.ini file since it has been customised quite alot. Thanks
