[PHP-INSTALL] Php not taking input from html

I have set up my php, as far as I can. The only problem is that it doesn't 
seem to be taking any input from forms. Specifically, I'm trying to set up 
phpBB, and the installation page doesn't return anything when i click on it. 
Is there a variable in the config file somewhere that would be making this 
happen? I know for a fact php works though, as I ran phpinfo() fine. TIA.
