I am trying to get php 4.3.4, mysql 4.0.16, and apache 2.0.49 to run properly on redhat 8.0. The problem is php does not know about mysql, apache is running and php is ok with apache. Mysql is also running ok. I am also a newbie to all 4. At this point in time I am ready to wipe the drive and install redhat 9.0.
