Glad there are other regulars. I'm just a user, like yourself. There have been several attempts to track/solve the problem but without any success. The list administrators have been informed on several occasions by subscribers trying to solve the problem.
I think changing the email address for the list is now probably a good idea, though it does not automatically mean the problem will go away.
There used to be lots of people on this list, so yes I'm sad at this situation.
