It's kinda weird it didn't work (I used it in a
computer that had win 98 before but setting up the CGI
binary)

I'm asumming you are using apache. If you are, have
you copied the 2 lines of code in your apache
httpd.conf so you can set up the CGI binary?

ScriptAlias /php/ "c:/php/"
AddType application/x-httpd-php .php
