I am attempting to cross compile PHP 5.02 for the powerpc platform, using a i386 platform, I have a functionining cross compile and libraries compiled however I am running into some problems getting PHP's configure script to complete.
Configuration:
Source: i386 Linux Target: 603-powerpc-linux
Config Line: ./configure --host=powerpc-603-linux-gnu
Result:
checking for fopencookie ... yes configure: error can not run test program while cross compiling
Looking at the configure script it appears the configure script is set to exit 1 when it detects a cross compile is being performed, is there any way to cross compile PHP?
