Subject: [PHP-INSTALL] PHP5 installation on Debian 3.0 Stable
To: [email protected]
Hi,
Im trying to install PHP5 on Debian 3.0 Stable, but the compilation ends with
this message:
/root/software/php-5.1.0b2/ext/pcre/php_pcre.c: In function
`pcre_get_compiled_regex_ex':
/root/software/php-5.1.0b2/ext/pcre/php_pcre.c:1632: error: syntax error at end
of input
make: *** [ext/pcre/php_pcre.lo] Error 1
My ./configure line is:
./configure --prefix=/usr --with-apxs2=/usr/bin/apxs2 --with-pgsql=/usr/lib/
--with-mysql=/usr/lib/ --with-pdo-mysql=/usr/lib/ --with-pdo-pgsql=/usr/lib/
--without-pdo-sqlite --with-zlib --with-sqlite --with-zlib --with-gd --with-ttf
--with-curl --with-gettext --with-jpeg-dir=/usr/lib/ --with-png-dir=/usr/lib/
Any ideas about this problem?
Thanks,
Tyler
