I am trying to install FormTools 1_5_1 on windows XP with Explorer. I am continually getting the following response when sending an order form.
ft_initialize_form, failed query: DELETE FROM ft_SDPform_templates WHERE form_id = X I have also had the following response. Error in ISAPI_Rewrite helper ISAPI extension. 12152 - The server returned an invalid or unrecognized response File: .\rwhelper.cpp, Line: 1021 Could you please help me to resolve this.
