Hi, I think you have seem this before, use a graphic and ask the user what it is. Like put a image of a letter of the alphabet and have the user type the letter into a form field for verification. Since you know what image is being displayed you can test for the form field entry.
Another, real simple way to force the running of a script form a page is to check for the page refer and redirect the user there if it is not a page that the link is on.
