Is there any chance you could repost this question in English? Which language is this, by the way? Based on your subject line I would have to advise against running a PHP program as root unless you had a *really* good reason to do so. It seems to me that running anything with root access that is available to largely anonymous web connections is risky in the extreme. Chances are good that there is another way to solve your problem without opening large security holes in your server. If we have a better idea of what you want to do, we can try to help you.
