Hi, Yes It can be done that way, but i'd have to add this to every script used on the server. Not a huge under taking. I was hoping to try an set it more globally. The server admin insists on keeping Register_Globals on. The admin did send me this for us in a .htaccess file:
RewriteRule ^content(.*) index.php RewriteRule ^component/(.*) index.php php_flag register_globals off Order allow,deny Allow from all Can anyone let me if this applies to only the index.php file? If it does then maybe the ini_set() would easier to work with since is could be added part of an include.
