What about the massive international companies? Airlines, major hotel chains? They certainly don't use Paypal! Anyone can do it, if their bank thinks that their service is suitable, and of sufficient size to warrant it. If you are allowed to have a Visa terminal in your place of business, then you can probably get on-line processing.
