the most basic way:

firstpage.php

  <a href="secondpage.php?prev=firstpage.php">second_page</a>

secondpage.php

  You came from <?php echo $_REQUEST['prev']; ?>.
  Go there again? <a href="<?php echo $_REQUEST['prev']; ?>">yes</a>
