Bob is The Boss here, so a final decision would be his.  The previous
poster sent one email to seven addresses, couldn't even be bothered
typing it out more than once.  

In my opinion, he was cross-posting, and you would not be.

But of course, it would be up to Bob what his interpretation would be.
